  This is my favorite Buffalo wild wings I have been to a couple different stores and have had awful service but this one is amazing food is always hot servers are awesome!! Highly recommend

  The service stinks! I was with a party of 6. We were told it would be at least a 15 wait. That's fine but when a table becomes available and the host sees it and knows the party has been waiting 30 minutes wouldn't you think it would be cleared quickly? I waited 7 minutes and then found the manager to complain. These people need to take a clue from the best bw3 on bethel road in Columbus Ohio! Absolutely no comparison. Service is bad every time I come to this place. I'd go to another one but don't want to drive to Louisville

  Always have a great experience here, and you don't need to be a sports fan to enjoy the atmosphere. Staff is friendly and energetic and very willing to please.

  Great Service by our waiter, Brad! Said he was fairly new at this BDUBS, but a Pro with the kids and service. By far best waiter we had here yet. Thanks!
