  At first the experience was normal like any quick service resturant. It's when my family and I pulled up to the window that things quickly went downhill. Despite there being no other customers we were asked to recall what we had ordered, and items were being forgotten. However this wasn't the worst part. The food served to my family was not very good. I would have addressed this with the employees, but considering that I received a not very polite comment about how the young woman in the drive thru was trying to get my order completed as quickly as possible I didn't feel like my concerns over my order would have been taken into consideration. ALL of the buns for each sandwich was not just moist but actually soggy. The hamburger my son received appeared to be sitting for quite some time, and the fries were in need of being remade. Again despite my being patient, and curteous because I too have worked QSR I received quite a nasty little attitude when I inquired about a strawberry sundae. Hopefully others have a better experience at this location, but for my family and I who are more understanding concerning things due to our experiences working qsr we will not be returning to this location.
