Service isn't only slow but employees are rude to customers for no reason. I am a friendly person and I always greet them with a smile (which is actually their job) but they are always short with me, mess up my order, and when i polity ask for it to be fixed they act like im screwing up their day

I went into this McDonald's awhile back to eat and asked the store manager why they don't have caption on their TV so people can at least read what's being said, and she was annoyed and said there have been numerous complaints like mine about the TV and she said they're getting ready to take it out, as a result. When I asked if customers want to watch and hear the volume, why would they take it out. She replied "we have a problem with homeless people." First, I don't think they do. And secondly, that's the most snobbish remark I ever heard. As long as homeless people buy something and act in a normal way, it shouldn't matter if they're homeless or not. Old men sit in McDonald's every where early in the mornings and just drink senior coffee and stay for hours and no one thinks anything of it -- but you let a homeless person do that, and they'd be treated unwelcome. This is wrong. Homeless people are American citizens and this awful manager had no right to say these discriminatory remarks. I do think she's reflecting what the franchise owner thinks because I noticed the other store he also owns, in New Albany, has started turning the volume off on their TV also. When I've inquired why the volume is always down (when management knows customers would prefer to listen to TV), I've been told they aren't allowed to turn it up. So I can only assume the franchise owner wants things this way. It's obvious he doesn't care what customers think. I've stopped going to McDonald's after this. I know there are some good people who work at these McDonald's (and good asst. mgrs.) -- but I'm not too sure about the store manager or franchise owner that they know customers would like to listen to the TV (or read the caption) but they refuse to allow it. It makes no sense and shows a lack of customer service.

Didn't ask what sizero I wanted. Got a large, asked for no pickle got extra pickle. Explain to me how you can't get a round burger lined up on a round matching bun. Why would you put the burger under everything else? All the workers were like children with out parents at a Walmart.
